A Glamorous Sleepover Birthday Bash: Planning a Pinterest-Inspired Event

From vision board to reality, this is how I planned my entire birthday! I’ll be sharing my personal experience of planning a memorable event, filled with matching pajamas, pink drinks, and a glam sleepover vibe.

Step 1: Finding a Concept and Creating a Vision Board
The first thing I did was find a concept for my event. I had always dreamed of having a glam & pink sleepover with my closest friends and family, so I decided to make that vision a reality. I created a vision board on Pinterest and saved all of my favorite images and inspiration to see what types of photos I wanted for my event. Then, I made a visual board on my iPhone notes to keep everything organized.

Step 2: Choosing the Perfect Location
Next, it was time to choose a location, and I came across this amazing Airbnb called the Rose House on TikTok. It was perfect for my theme and had everything I needed to host a glam sleepover.

Step 3: Collaborating with Local Businesses
When it comes to food and decor, I always look up local businesses in the area to do collaborations with for the event. I wanted to support small businesses while also making my event special. For this event, I worked with

Step 4: Creating an Itinerary
To keep everyone organized and on track, I made an itinerary on Canva and printed it out at Walmart. Canva has loads of different templates you can play around with. Once I finalized our activities for the event, I picked up matching pajamas and face masks for my guests to make it more of a brand trip experience.

Step 5: Enjoying the Event & Creating Content
Finally, it was time to enjoy the event and create content! My guests and I had an amazing time making pizzas and pasta, drinking pink drinks, and lounging in matching pajamas.
